Montgomery Village visit

On Father's Day I met up with mom and dad in DC. Had a fun morning and lunch, then mom drove me to M.V. on her way to PA. It was great to see Joy and Elizabeth! We hung out at North Creek pool then went for a walk through our old neighborhood.

Here's Joy, Amy and Elizabeth at the pool...

The record board...

How many laps did we swim here, from age 8-18? ...

Amy and Eliz...

When we got to 20341 Bickleton, Elizabeth said, "Remember when we carved our names in the basketball court when the cement was being poured?" I had totally forgotten, but our names are still there (along with Bobby's friend Kirk and our cat Boots)

Bobby also wrote "Rad". It was 1987.

They're doing major renovations on the back of our house. The deck is gone and it looks like they've put an addition on the kitchen.

That is hilarious! I love that Bobby wrote "Rad". My folks were ecstatic that you ladies stopped by. I think it's incredible, Amy, that you remembered my father's laugh. WTF.
