Happy Easter!

We had the family over to our house for pancakes and Easter baskets, then our neighbors hosted a fun egg hunt. Bobby got August an adorable bunny, which Queets chewed up in about five minutes. After the hunt August absolutely passed out. Reenergized, we headed over to grandma and grandpa's for a delicious dinner (and another Easter basket). August was reunited with his bunny, sewed and fixed by grandma.

August's latest word: "car-cul" = Careful. We say that a lot these days, with all the climbing, running, and obsession with tools.

Today was gloriously sunny and we spent every spare minute outside. Took the dogs to the dog park - August runs around like he is one of the pack.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is my amazing mom's birthday. We just had a big family dinner. She watched August today, and they walked down to the Willamette. Here's August feeding the beaver statue a stick.
